Yayoi was born and raised in Tokyo. Since early childhood, she has been interested in the world of music and fashion.
She studied music at KUNITACH COLLEGE of MUSIC. After graduating, she further went on to study at YAMANO BEAUTY COLLEGE, Atelier Imago Matsunaga Takako Make up Lessons,and Japan Nail School.
After that, she worked as an assistant at a hair & make up office,working for various TV CMs, fashion magazines, concerts, Tokyo Collections, etc.
She worked for some years as an assistant to Ms.Nurishi, who has worked on medias such as ELLE Japon, FASHION NEWS, and other fashion magazines. She became free-lance after that.
She now specializes in the music business, where she would work for various international artists such as Maroon 5, Backstreet Boys, Aerosmith etc..., when they would come to Japan for concerts and showcases, promotion and photo shoots.
She has worked with all various types of skin, ranging from light skinned to dark.
